Roughly a week ago, I was expecting a delivery of a package from Orms CT. On tracking the item, I was flabbergasted to see, as per the picture uploaded from my photos, that there had been an attempt to deliver the package but that it was going to have to be rescheduled.
Living at San Lameer on the South Coast of KZN, all delivery companies know they have to leave packages with our security.
It is clear in this case that the driver erroneously pressed the wrong button because, in actual fact, the package had been delivered which was confirmed in a telephone call I made with Aramex that very afternoon. The matter, as far as I'm concerned, is closed but drivers need to be clear in stating 'Package delivered'.

I am disappointed and have lost trust in Aramex, as my parcel was sent on the 18th of December 2024. Today is the 10th of January 2025 and I haven't received my parcel.
I am the one who has to follow up until the agent tells me that they have escalated the matter. I had plans with that order; now everything has failed.

I received emails stating that my parcels had been delivered to my selected address, but when I go there, I'm told they haven't been delivered yet. I'm being taken from pillar to post in order to receive my orders.
I'm extremely frustrated and upset because I have no idea where my parcels are. Aramex claims they've been delivered, but I don't have my orders.

A delivery driver failed to deliver my package. No call was made alerting me to his presence and he drove away.
The security company opposite my home said he did not hoot or ring my bell.
He simply called my name not even yelled my name.
I will now receive my package in the new year.
This gross unprofessionalism and disgusting attitude of people in charge of delivering important goods to you for your health, business or personal needs.
I hope this driver is reprimanded because if I were in his shoes I would rest until I knew my package was delivered.
Bitterly disappointed, I waited the entire day and never left my home. I did not hear the bell or a hoot or him calling me.
Immensely angry and I was inconvenienced by someone else's laziness.

Aramex lady Ms Naaido requested my order form and proof of payment for the items I placed at shein. Well I sent her those.
This morning I have received her email again stating that I should pay a penalty fee and an unbelievable customs.
I replied that I don't understand and I'm lost.
She then phoned me telling me that Shein gave them an incorrect amount of my items therefore I should pay that money. I asked why am I the one that should be penalized because I'm not the one that sent them the wrong amount, she said that doesn't matter and if I don't pay my parcel will be taken to the state warehouse.

I had been notified by Shein that my delivery was attempted however it had not been attempted as I was sitting on the porch the entire time . 2 I have waited for the past 1 hour and Minutes in the cold waiting for my package to arrive and an hour and 45 minutes have passed and my package is still in Nyanga.Tjis is so frustrating and annoyed as these are things that I ordered for my wedding,the amount of stress and anxiety is unimaginable.To top it all off all I'm waiting for is the package so that I can leave to the hospital to be there for my sister for the birth of her first bsbg but I'm stuck at home waiting for a package that doesn't seem to be arriving anytime soon,so disappointed with this service

I ordered a phone from pmc Jewellery and I have paid the custom fees like you asked but I have been looking at the status on a daily basis and it seems my package is stuck at South African customs for no good reason for 6 days now. Im losing business on a daily basis by not getting this phone delivered to me. Your reviews are not positive at all. Why is my phone stuck at custom for so long?

Dear Aramex and Mr. Teboho the driver,
Aramex Courier Drivers - 'Hey, would you look at that?! It's December, how about we skip a package or two?'
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's what your driver must be thinking. Mr. Teboho so willingly opted not to deliver my parcel on Friday the 13th of December 2024 when I received a message at 17:43 stating 'Delivery attempt made - unsuccessful'. What Mr. Teboho does not know is that the premises he had to deliver to has surveillance systems, and what Mr. Teboho also is unaware of is that I was sitting in front of that surveillance system, waiting for him to deliver my parcel.
Yes Mr. Teboho the driver, I sat there from 13:00 until 17:43 awaiting your parcel delivery, since it was confirmed thrice via a telephonic conversation with Aramex that you would be delivering the parcel before 17:00. It seems you and Aramex thought it well to abandon ship. I know this because I contacted Aramex 5 times from 16:30, yet you and Aramex thought it well Mr. Teboho to punish me for no reason other than it's Friday the 13th? I guess.
Well, after waiting 5 days for my parcel to be cleared by customs and having numerous telephonic conversations with Aramex in that period of time, I guess you Mr. Teboho must have thought it was a good idea to let me wait a couple more days. That's a fantastic stunt to pull on a Friday Mr. Teboho and Aramex. Thank you for the unnecessary zero-star service you provide to this great nation. Your actions have prompted me to officially cancel my Amazon Prime U.S.A. and no longer make use of Amazon U.S.A. I have two outstanding shipments and they will be my last after supporting Amazon for many years. Due to your abrupt actions, you have forced my hand to retaliate in this manner.
I expect you to arrive promptly on Monday the 16th of December 2024. If that isn't too much to ask, Mr. Teboho. Should you not arrive on Monday, I will have to resort to further retaliation. But, please do note Mr. Teboho, this message will not only be posted on Hello Peter. It will be posted on all social media platforms and it will be sent to Amazon U.S.A. directly, that you and Aramex thought it extremely well to taunt me like some naughty child, dangling a carrot in front of my face on a Friday, Friday the 13th no less, only to take my carrot away from me.
You and Aramex have lost all credibility in my eyes and besides two parcels that have already been shipped, I don't foresee a future where I shall require your services.
I sincerely hope you enjoy your one-star review and my sincere condolences that I couldn't make it a zero review as that is what you truly deserve.
Moving forward, I hope other people don't have to deal with the same level of blatant disregard you have shown for my personal time on a Friday afternoon.

I made my order 15 days ago and the parcel still hasn't been delivered. This courier should be trying to make things faster and update the package's status daily.
Their service is poor; it's difficult to guess what is happening with your package. Not knowing what is happening with your package for days is very stressful.

This is the second time. Aramex SA will claim they tried to deliver, but you were never available; meanwhile, they never even called or attempted.
How do you fail to deliver to a business address that opens from 9 am to 6 pm? This is truly despicable.
Future customers are better off using alternatives. It's a pity because Aramex Botswana is top service.
