My item has been recieved finally, I fetched it over the weekend after an ARAMEX call centre advised me to go to incredible connection. All is good now.

Poor Service ,package sent from Johannesburg to CAPE TOWN
On pick up there was plenty papers in the Aramex package and none of my delivery package.
This is the worse as I reported it at the reception of Aramex when I opened the package and still am waiting fir feed back since Dec 2025

Good day,
This morning on follow-up with Aramex call Centre to tracking numbers 371******** and 371******** - I was informed by the call centre agent that both packages were handed on the 23 December to 3rd party courier for delivery and confirm that packages are out for delivery.
On receiving #371********, I contact the call centre and spoke to Tina, who assured me that #371090**** is out for delivery with 3rd party courier and will contact RWS to expedite delivery. This package is still NOT delivered as of writing.
A word on RWS, had 2 shipments via FedEx - one from Amazon US and the other from Access USA Shipping and both packages were delayed in delivery to me (from receipt by RWS, delivered was after 4 days).
Both #371******** & 371******** are from Access USA Shipping, one delivered and the other NOT - is this package #371******** now, going to be delivered on the 29 December.
This is total unacceptable - that RWS delays deliveries and deliver when convenient for them?
The packages arrived quicker from the USA then the delayed delivery by local agent. UNCEPTABLE!

Good morning.
I logged a case on your website that my delivery had missing items.
I have tried numerous times to call telephonically, but it's a fail because they direct me and close the calls. CAN/1025/1674.
My supplier also reported, but there's no action. I'm afraid I have to take serious action; this company is jeopardizing my business.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. After multiple attempts to get hold of aramex to deliver my order from G-star rawFinally I contacted aramex via pissed consumer and they contact me back and schedule my delivery, the parcel was received..
although it was delivered late.G-star retailer needs to stop using aramex for delivery. Contact them through pissed consumer and inform them you'll never use their service.
I have been trying to get hold of an agent to assist with my parcel, which is still stuck with Aramex until now. No one is available to assist; they are playing back and forth on WhatsApp, taking forever to assist.
There's no customer center to reach out to. I'm simply asking Aramex to just tell me where the parcel is, so I can go and fetch it myself since they have failed to deliver, failed to update on the whereabouts of the parcel, and failed to be reachable or respond to my queries. Aramex is the worst courier in the world. I have learned my lesson.

My package has been held at customs for over three weeks. I send emails, and it takes over 48hrs for feedback.
Their call center is utterly useless, you'll be on hold for over ten minutes and then the call gets dropped.
Very disappointed with the service or rather lack of. I will be sticking to DHL.
